FAQ
What to expect: Sam will enter your home, bringing his own equipment and set up the treatment space. For massage, Sam will exit the space to allow privacy for you to get ready on the table, returning and commencing treatment when you are ready.
Insurance receipts: As a member of Osteopathy Canada and an RMT with the College of Massage Therapist, Sam provides insurance receipts covered by all major insurance companies for both Osteopathy and Massage Therapy.
Setup requirements: A room or open space allowing for setup of a treatment table and clearance to walk around the table safely. Access to a sink for hand washing.
Cancellation policy: Sam requires 24 hour notice of appointment cancellation, or a cancellation fee of %50 of treatment cost will be applied.
